LightBox is a Photo Editor with advanced technology filters. I highly recommend LightBox after putting the program through it's paces.

I was actually quite impressed with the program and the more I used it, the more impressed I became. It gets my highest rating.

The program is an 11mB download and works on XP and Vista.

The features on LightBoxFree are very easy to use and as complete and plentiful than you would expect from a free program...seriously. Don't take my word for it...try it.
